"To live an enchanted life is to be challenged, to be awakened, to be gripped and shaken to the core by the extraordinary which lies at the heart of the ordinary. Above all, to live an enchanted life is to fall in love with the world all over again."
— Sharon Blackie, The Enchanted Life: Unlocking the Magic of the Everyday
About me
I believe wonder is a practice. It's the pause that helps us notice what's actually here—the fog between our feet, the color of the sky, the ordinary made extraordinary when we finally look up.
My world shifted after an extremely difficult pregnancy, when my son didn't breathe for the first seven minutes of his life. That moment cracked something open. It forced me to stop performing and start paying attention to what actually matters.
I left my career as a corporate social impact leader. Not to run away—but to walk toward a fuller version of who I am.
Now I guide other women through their own earth-shifting transitions. Women who've done everything right but find themselves standing in the rubble of a life that no longer fits. Women who are tired of holding it together and calling it thriving.
I'm a coach, facilitator, deep listener, and certified death doula. I've co-founded Feta, a well-being app that's a private sanctuary for life's meaningful moments. I facilitate for the Girls Club Collective, an intentionally intimate leadership lab for feminist change agents.
My work integrates many approaches—the Enneagram, Human Design, somatic practices, a little astrology if you're feeling witchy, and the death doula perspective that teaches us how to truly live.
I offer deep listening, inclusive presence, and nonjudgmental spaces. I'm comfortable in both intimate and corporate settings, and I balance lightness with deep connection. Ideas excite me. I've fallen in love with creativity and I love encouraging others to find their childlike wonder and expression.
I believe transformation doesn't have to mean blowing up your life. Sometimes it means finally listening to the quiet voice that's been trying to get your attention all along.
My family and I have called San Francisco home for many years. You'll often find me writing about wonder, walking in the fog, or marveling at the Pacific.
